The Best Time To Plant A Tree Was 20 Years Ago
The second best time is now. The final draft of Central Indiana Soaring Society's application for 501(c)(3) status is in Don Taylor's hands right now (unless he's mailed it already). It needs a signature or two, and then into the mail it goes.
