The process of deciding what new specialty plates to adopt is a competitive one. To put it plainly, the more interest there is in the plate, the more likely it is to be selected (among 60 or so proposals). Download a copy of the petition [pdf] pledging to buy the plate if it becomes available, sign it, and send the original (not a photocopy) to Ginger by March 15!
