Fwd: No Fly Day on Saturday

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: ZASoars
No one responded saying they would like to fly a glider tomorrow .
Just one Tow pilot was interested .

That means we'll have to cancel our earlier plans and try again in
another week or two !

Towplanes Scrubbed Clean

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: <ZASoars

THANK YOU to the many Tow Pilots and other members who came out today
to wash and polish the Tow Planes - there were no less than 10 who
showed. The Tow Planes look terrific and with just a little more time
in the shop will both be "annualled " and ready for the 2008 some
unfinished work on the club gliders - and maybe rig the Grob. This
will happen in the next few weeks on a good weather Saturday so keep a
look out for the announcement on the Blog. Any students that would
like to come on out to see how to rig the Grob would be most welcome.

The Maintenance Crew.

Pawnee Polishing Party

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: ZASoars

Attention , the opportunity has arisen for all tow pilots , and others
who benefit from their towing to help get the tow planes into "ready
for the season " condition this Sunday (Feb 3).

Duane has indicated that we could work in his heated hangar and wash
and polish the Tow Planes in relative comfort .

We plan to start 9:30am, lunch at Rachel's around mid day and then
depart for Superbowl festivities in the afternoon.

Come on Out and help us " get em ready " for 2008 .

The Maintenance Crew.
