Soaring History

Some progress has been made in soaring equipment and airport dress codes in the past 90 years.
This video documents activities as early as 1922 and may help members appreciate CISS's 2010 equipment and operations. The Italian gliding school is quite a contrast to today's approach.

Illec SN10 Software Update

Anyone using the Illec SN10 should consider updating their software to version 2.35 available at:

We flew the Seniors with the beta test version and it has some significant improvements for Assigned Area Tasks.
 
 
 

Saturday Flying

Ed E. has volunteered to tow for us on Saturday. Come out any time. George S. will be there if you need an instructor. George, Ed and Dan will be in the J-5 hangar (north east corner of the T-hangars) working on the J-5. Stop in and give us a hand or take a flight in 303BA. Spring is coming!
