The Fleet Is In

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: ZASoars
Thanks to the members (Charlie E, Dan DW, Chris H, Pete D, Jack H, Todd R) who came out today to help Rig the club gliders, Clean the hangar and Repair the Astir trailer.
The gliders are all ready for the season but everyone needs to do a careful PRE FLIGHT on each before flying. Thanks also to Don T. for re-installing the Microaire radio in the one Blanik. It's been to Australia and back for  repair and should be working well now.

An important reminder to all. The hangar is very full now with 3 trailers plus the whole fleet. They fit in fine but should be taken in and put back very carefully as the potential is high for Hagar rash as all are very close to each other. CREWS Please take note of how the hangar should be packed  - There are drawings of the correct way to store each and the sequence to put each back in  and these are posted on the hangar walls in several places. Be sure to protect wings and canopies by placing weights on the low wings to avoid wings dropping onto other gliders - and place saw horses and cushions in strategic places for protection.

Here's to a great soaring season  ,

The Maintenance Crew.
