Fwd: A good time was had by all !

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: ZASoars

This Saturday was one of our most productive getting Maintenance work
done on the club fleet so we can hit the runway running in the spring
. The PW , The Astir CS 77 and now the Grob have all had a lot of
work done on them. Several are on trailers to give us extra space to
tackle the Blaniks in the hangar in the coming weeks.
We really do want to thank the "regulars " who have shown up each week
to help. Ask Mark Oberley how to de-rig the Grob family of gliders (
and even a LAK 12 ) and he'll be able to tell you how !
Thanks also to some tow pilot regulars - they turn out to be a pretty
good bunch of guys when you get them thinking gliders instead of tow
planes !
With luck we'll get the Grob taken to a glider shop for a thorough
inspection and some needed work in a week or two and 87Z goes into the
shop for it's "annual" in early December .
Come on out if you can the next few weeks - after the end of Dec it
gets a little too cold for much good work so we have maybe 5 more work
weeks ahead .
Again thank you for helping us keep our fleet in A 1 condition,

Tha Maintenance Crew.
