A NOTAM has been issued for Sunday, May 17, 2009. A 30 NM radius TFR and a smaller no-fly zone will restrict flight in Indianapolis and the surrounding area from 4:30 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. local time.
Per Dave Newill:
If you are flying after 4:30 beware - many of our airports are under the TFR - so best to be home at I99.

NOTE: These things are subject to change at the last minute. At the moment, I99 is not on the above list because it is close to, but outside, the TFR area. GET A BRIEFING FROM 1-800-WXBRIEF BEFORE FLIGHT. Also, notice that the TFR and no-fly zone are NOT centered on an airport or VOR, they are centered on VHP VOR's 113-degree radial at 8.8 nautical miles out, which is CLOSER TO ALEXANDRIA than the VOR is.
